Klar Partner AG Software Systems for the Batch-Processing Industry

At the Hannover fair (19th - 23th April 2010) NOAX Technologies presented its new weighing terminal, which was developed in cooperation with FLINTEC SOLUTIONS.
Klar Partner AG supported NOAX by making COSREWIS available on the new weighing terminal.

To simplify the communication between COSREWIS and OPC servers for the PLC integration, Klar Partner has developed a tool that enables the integration of peripheral equipment via OPC with the help of the already existing TCP/IP network. The otherwise necessary, complex and error-prone DCOM configuration of all involved PCs thus becomes obsolete. This "tunnel component" was also used in our PAA project: In this project some weighing cells that were installed under the batch tanks were linked to COSREWIS in such a way that they can be used as "normal" platform or table scales independent of the workstation the user is currently working at.

The pharmaceuticals company Krewel Meuselbach GmbH, a long-standing customer of the Klar Partner AG, also has decided to use the COSREWIS MR editor to manage the master recipes in COSREWIS. The master recipes will then be processed with the COSREWIS PHV module. Part of this PHV module is also an interface to a PLC. With the help of this interface COSREWIS will directly control all processes which are capable of being automated. Thus all actual values of the process parameters are also logged and documented.

The KP AG is developing a new module to manage the set up of the packaging machines for the company Wagener & Co. GmbH. All machine parts and spare parts are managed with COSREWIS. After the implementation, the processing of the packaging orders will only be allowed when the set up orders are finished to guarantee a correctly set up machine.

Other features include the management of GMP-liable parts (like e.g. pumps) and the management of maintenance intervals of the parts.

The company Ferdinand Eimermacher GmbH Co. KG has decided to use SQL-Blending as their new ERP-system. The bi-directional interface to COSREWIS offers the management improved data, such as e.g. improved inventory data.

The production processes are still organised online with the COSREWIS-master recipes and an interface to an SPC/PLC.
