The position of COSREWIS in your company:

Description of the modules:

• Data that cannot be or is not managed in the ERP system can be managed in the COSREWIS GMP-module (e.g. supplier, article specifications, material movements, lots and production orders).
• With the help of the MR editor (HV Modul) you can manage your master recipes. Here you can also define your process parameters and in-process-controls.
• In the weighing module (Wiege Modul) you can select your positions of the weighing order by scanning a barcode and work off your weighing orders.
• With the help of the CC module (VK Modul) you can perform a completeness check, that is to say COSREWIS e.g. checks if all positions of an order where put into a mixer.
• With the PL-module (KL Modul) you can assign bulks and primary and secondary packaging material to lines and work them off at these lines. The finished pallets are transferred online to the ERP system.
• The PQS-module (which includes extensive LIMS functions) supports your quality assurance from the goods receipts to in process-controls and filling capacity controls (according to FVPO).
• The stock module (Lager Modul) helps you with your stock and production management. COSREWIS not only knows the planned, but also the physical quantities.
